Concours d'écriture en anglais en Seconde
Thème : "Detective story"


Les gagnantes sont Cléa CAILLEAUX et Louise CUCCI avec le texte suivant :

 

"It was the evening, John was coming home from work. His house was very quiet. He Detective Detective   discovered that his wife had disappeared. Worried, he decided to call the police.

"Manchester Police Station, PC Smith speaking, what can I do for you?" asked the policeman

"H-H-Hello, I'm John. M-My wife has disappeared, I don't know where she has gone?" said John

"Where do you live?"

"My address is 23 south street 03103 Manchester." answered the man

"Okay, we are on our way, don't move."

The police arrived, they lifted the fingerprints. They asked some questions to the neighbour.

"Hello, this is the police."

"Hello, what can I do for you?"  inquired the neighbour.

"We will ask you some questions."  replied the policeman.

"Okay... I'm listening to you. Come in please. , politely said the neighbour.

"What were you doing between 1 p.m and 4 p.m?", asked the policeman.

"Hm... I was visiting a friend.", sobbed the man.

"Did you see your neighbour, Mrs. Fitz, today?" inquired the policeman.

"Hm...No, I don't think so." , replied the man.

"Can we search your house?"

"Hm... Uh...Yes..." answered the man.

The police was searching the house, when suddenly they found a pool of blood in front of the neighbour's garage, they discovered the corpse of Mrs. Fitz who had been stabbed. The neighbour confessed his crime. He was sent to prison for 20 years. But why did he kill Mrs. Fitz? That's a mystery..."
